Uses of the simple present perfect
tense: 'I have eaten/he has eaten'
هناك إستخدامين أساسيين للمضارع التام البسيط، حيث نستخدمه لنصف :
1 – حدث بدأ في الماضى ومستمر إلى اللحظة الحالية أو إلى وقت الكلام،
ويستخدم معه كلمات تعبر عن الوقت أو إشارات زمنية مثل
Before now قبل الآن
Ever
من قبل
Never
أبدا
Before من قبل
Up till now إلى هذه اللحظة
So far إلى الآن
I
have received 20 cards so far.

have never tasted papaya (before).
ويُستخدم مع
Since منذ
For لفترة ، أو لمدة
I've

وفى الغالب نستخدم هذه الأفعال مع since,

نستخدم زمن المضارع التام المستمر بدلًا من زمن المضارع التام البسيط عندما
نريد أن نعبر عن إستمرارية الحدث لفترة من الوقت
Instead
of saying: I've typed all day, we can say, for emphasis, I've been typing all
day.
فبدلًا من أن نقول : كتبت طوال الليل، فعلى سبيل التأكيد يمكن أن نقول :
كنت أكتب طوال الليل (للتعبير عن إستمرارية الحدث)
وبناءًا على السياق فالجملة السابقة التي إستخدمناها مع المضارع التام
المستمر :
I've been typing all day.
فالمعنى سيكون :
I'm still typing.
